"My man Belliard came in, they made a great trade to get him in here and he's doing a great job at second base. All I can do is cheer for him."

Tonight: the triumphant return of Ronnie Belliard to Nationals Park starts with a second inning walk.
Funny what a change of scenery can do: Mr. Belliard goes from the outhouse to the penthouse in LA, and in 18 games has posted a .304 AVG, .589 SLG, 4 HR, 14 RBI. Would you have believed this past offseason when the Nats were in hot pursuit of Orlando Hudson that Belliard would be taking Hudson's job in September -- on a real, live, playoff team, no less?
