Team looking for a tough love answer to the big question mark that is the 2007 rotation.
According to multiple sources outside of the organization, the Nationals have offered Dr. Phil McGraw a minor league contract. Dr. Phil caught the attention of Nationals' GM Jim Bowden in September, when he threw out the ceremonial first pitch for a game with the Braves at RFK.
