"Tomo took less money to come pitch in Toronto...He wants to prove that he is healthy and show he has the mettle to pitch in the toughest division in baseball. This was the best timing and fit. Toronto was the best baseball team."

Anyone know if Bruce Chen is still available?
The Tomo Ohka Sweepstakes are over: Blue Jays sign ex-Nat to 1-year, $3 million deal. (well, pending a physical and some paperwork and whatnot)
Not that the NAAAts were even in the running...
And to add insult to injury, Luis Matos also snubs Nationals, signs a minor league deal with Pirates. Hard to believe that Luis Matos wasn't part of The Plan.

I can't believe Tomo "ari gato Mr. Roboto" Okha is worth $3m!
The NL has worse hitters than the AL, so I assume Mr. Okha "dokey" will not fare very well this year.

The money I'm not so surprised by; what I'm surprised by is that he chose to go to the AL East -- you just know the Yankees, Red Sox, and Devil Rays are licking their chops...oh, and the Orioles, too, I guess. But yeah, my guess would be that it'll be a tough year for Mr. Ohka.
