Womack, et al. don't make the cut.
This much I know: Never in the history of baseball has the release of an inconsequential 37-year-old spare part evoked such strong emotions. Tony Womack is a bad, bad man (or so we hear).
At the very least, when things go to shit around here towards the end of April, we can't say Tony Womack was to blame.
