First Joe Girardi, now Frank Robinson
According to sources with no direct or indirect knowledge of the situation, Frank Robinson has declined an offer by new Orioles president of baseball operations Andy MacPhail to manage the Baltimore Orioles. In an exclusive interview with the Nationals Enquirer, Robinson laughed, denied, then dozed off when asked about his conversation with MacPhail.
