Nats have been fortunate in that not only are Zimmy, Church and Kearns bats heating up, but there are getting some good solid starting pitching. This is Bascik's fourth straight impressive start and the youngsters, Redding, Lannen and Hanrahan, all so far have pitched fairly well. They may say the Nats minors are in bad shape, but arm wise, the 2005, 06, and 07 drafts have given the Nats a plethora of nice arms.
