"I'm probably getting shopped around, obviously, but whether teams are interested or not, that's their thing. I'm healthy. I feel great. It's just a matter of getting at-bats, trying to get into a rhythm. I think a lot of teams are backing off because they think I might be still injured, and they want me to catch and I'm not catching. So I have to see what happens."

...but give it another week or two, and with any luck you'll be released.

Our season is long gone, trading Lo Duca is better than releasing him. Gulp. Shouldn't we be playing him at catcher somewhat frequently?? If we can get anything for him, I'd prefer that option (I don't understand the $ impact of releasing a player).

This guy is such a waste of space. Doesn't get what he wants and bleats on about how everyone is to blame but himself. He was a bad pick-up for a last place team, so why would a contender want him?
Maybe appearances aren't the problem, ignoring his .223 average might have a little to do with it.
