"Records, winning and losing -- for me it's not important."

I called in to that useless Nationals post game radio thing. I posed the question to that tool Mark Stern saying, "What do you think of those who say it's better to play out the string and finish last in MLB to get Strasburg?"
I got the feeling he didn't know who this Strasburg guys was. He went off on a Sarah Palin-like rant about how he's a REAL FAN, and he wants his team to win EVERYDAY. I asked if he would become enraged if His Team ever conceded a run to get an out. He had already stopped listening to me, because he found the sound of his own voice so enthralling.

C'mon now. Seen the article in the Times? I've heard a rumor Strasburg has already signed with Scott Boras. Do you really think the Lerners will pay Scott Boras #1 draft pick money?!? I don't, so go Mariners. On second thought, the embarassment of that fiasco could very well shame the Lerners into either becoming responsible owners or getting out. Personnaly, I want them outta here. Billionaire cheapskates. Ugh.
