Now it's really, really official: as expected, Stephen Strasburg's next start will be in AAA, on June 3rd vs. Buffalo, putting him on track to start June 8th at Nationals Park vs. Pittsburgh. That sound you just heard is all those June 4th tickets being shredded by hoards of angry scalpers.
And as you've probably heard by now, Baseball Jesus stumbled against Scranton Wilkes-Barre Saturday night in Syracuse and actually lost his first AAA game.
Strasburg's line: 5.0 IP, 6 H, 3 R, 2 BB, 6 K, 1 HR, 1 balk. 86 pitches, 54 strikes.
