Just Another Road Trip
June Swoon ends with a fitting loss on the road.
Braves 4, Nationals 1: They had their chances, just like every other game on this latest (1-5) nightmare road trip. Bases loaded in the 5th, bases loaded in the 6th, and just one run to show for it.
Time for some home cooking: next 10 at home before the All-Star Break.

I'm getting pretty fed up with watching them blow bases loaded situations. Especially first ptich hitting, weak-a$$ tailor made double play balls against a wild pitcher. What are you doing, Pudge, channelling your inner FLOP? This team's consistent year-after-year inablilty to even get productive outs is stunning, and frankly, is just becomming downright irritating.
Last year the bad was fun for me because they were epic bad right from the start. This year it is no fun at all, for they've shown us all they can play better and they are just under performing.

There's no joy in Nats Town.
