And here's a shot of Jayson Werth and Jonny Gomes standing in the ivy and the rain together at Wrigley Field an hour or so before Monday night's Nats-Cubs game. Hope the rain goes away. So, is Werth hoping to channel some of Michael Morse's Beast Mode mojo with his own Beast Mode shirt? Hope it works.
Probably a gift from Morse in honor of yesterday's GWRBI. I'll take it over "Silver Elvis", if only to wash away the bitter taste of the failed Nyjer Morgan Experiment.

Oh no! You have to take the Silver Elvis wig over the BM shirt, come on! Seems that the Nyjer Morgan Experiment is working out just fine and dandy in Milwaukee so far...just like year 1 in Washington.
