This Tebowing meme is starting to hit a little closer to home. On Friday, Bryce Harper's Scottsdale Scorpions teammate Ryan Dent Tebowed in Harper's locker. Over the weekend, Bryce Harper Tebowed himself, as seen via his profile pic on Twitter (above). We don't have anything to add here.
Meanwhile, what's the over-under on Harper as starting right fielder for the Nats to start the 2012 season? Not only is Harper on fire with the bat in the Arizona Fall League, he is perfecting the art of the baseball-cliche-loaded postgame interview, letting the game come to him, staying within himself, etc:
"I don't know if I would say that I feel locked in. I still have some flaws to work on and I have to look for pitches I can drive. I need to let the game come to me. ...I got ahead of myself a little bit. They were killing me with the off-speed stuff, with the slider, on the inside half of the plate. I was trying to do too much. I was chasing. I just had to stay within myself."

(See also Nationals Inquisition, which posted on Harper Tebowing last night.)

Tebow as of yesterday is now an "I glide you so". Today is doing the "Freese frame" or the Mr. Freese. Get with it Harper.
Not a chance Harper starts 2012 in Washington. It will either be June 18th after the Yankees are out of town or September call-up.

Re Tebow, What is I glide you so? Is that like he flew off a cliff and crashed and burned? If so, yep, that's what happened!
