Ho-hum. And so, on his first off day as a Big Leaguer, and first day as a resident of Washington DC, Bryce Harper played softball on the Mall in front of the Washington Monument.
Took some big cuts, too. And with that aluminum bat, he could've broken a window at Obama's house...

Careful with that bat! With all the injuries, we surely can't afford to have Harper on permanent vacation in Gitmo.
