"Some days you’re only going to have one or two pitches working. Today, all three of them were working...When the stuff’s working like tonight, I’m just going to go out there and just throw it. And it doesn’t really matter what you throw."

Nationals 4, Pirates 2. The other side of Whiffsburgh: Stephen Strasburg strikes out 13. At one point, he struck out 7 in a row?
Buc Commander: Apparently when Adam LaRoche isn't killing deer (see video), he kills baseballs. Where would this team be without LaRoche?
With 5th inning double, Strasburg looking like a good DH option when Interleague play starts. Mike Morse back by then?
LaRoche does it again; AdaMVP, Bernadina, Ank the Tank go deep.
Danny Espinosa goes 1-4, doesn't strike out. Maybe DeRosas spring training hitting tips are finally bearing fruit.
Thankfully, Henry Rodriguez didn't take a torch to this one in the 9th.

Thanks for the Twitter link to my assist. Always glad to help. "The other side of Whiffsburg"
