where does one get those legos?

Those are not actually made by Lego, but are made by a company called OYO. They can be bought at the stadium and online.

I was thinking of buying some, but wanted to wait because the Jayson Werth model was kinda weak (didn't have hair or a solid beard). I emailed the company and they told me they are working on hair for next year, but are working on stadiums right now!
