And so, there still shouldn't be any panic in these best-record-in-MLB Washington Nationals after losing four in a row and getting swept out of Philadelphia and seeing the Braves trim the lead in the NL East to 4.5 games on Sunday. Heck, the Nats reportedly altered travel plans to avoid flying into the teeth of Hurricane Isaac before the start of a 2-game series in Miami on Tuesday, so no worries there, either.
But what about tension mounting? According to MLB.com's Bill Ladson, Mike Rizzo and Davey Johnson got into a post-game shouting match on Sunday, and Davey was heard yelling "You come down and manage the team." Via Ladson/MLB.com:
After the media were allowed to enter the clubhouse, manager Davey Johnson was heard yelling at general manager Mike Rizzo, "You come down and manage the team."
The assembled reporters were then ordered to leave the clubhouse and were not allowed in for another 15 minutes.
"I had a discussion with my boss," Johnson said.
We're guessing the "discussion" had something to do with Davey's double-switch in the middle of the sixth which removed Bryce Harper from the game. Rizzo might've been better off just going down in the runway with Harper and destroying batting helmets, rather than questioning his skipper.

The Phillies did to the Nats what the Nats did to the Phillies last year. Paybacks...
