Bryce Harper dropped two s-bombs in his postgame interview last night

Oh, well, Nats dropped a tough one last night to the Braves on Chipper Jones Appreciation Night at Nationals Park. No sweep, no worries? Well, at the very least nobody got hurt (especially Ian Desmond and his hammy).

Meanwhile, Bryce Harper achieved another Big League first last night: He swore not once, but twice in his postgame interview. Two s-bombs for Harper!

In the video above (via CSNWashington.com, jump to the 1:11 mark), Harper can be heard dropping one of the two s-bombs he dropped in his postgame meet-and-greet with the media, talking about Braves starter Kris Medlen: "He threw the s--- out of it, so nothing you can do. Tip your cap."

The other one? via MASN's Dan Kolko, on Prado's double that went over his head: "S---, he pissed on it. Nothing I can do. ... He backspinned the crap out of it."

Two videos of Anthony Rendon's first Double-A home run

Somehow we missed this last night in the weird late night Nationals-Braves haze, but Anthony "More Hardware than Home Depot" Rendon hit his first home run of AA ball for Harrisburg last night. Back-to-back-to-back with Brian Goodwin and Sean Nicol, in fact. Video above via rmensch53.

Another Bryce Harper bat bites the dust

So much for Bryce Harper learning his lesson the last time he smashed a bat on home plate in a mini-temper tantrum after striking out.

In the 11th inning last night, Harper smashed another one after an inning-ending K with the potential winning run on first. Bam Bam Angry! Smash!

Ray Knight's Minimalist Telestrator Adventures

We'd be lying if we told you we weren't hoping for an encore performance of the great Ray Knight Telestrator Adventures of 2010 when we heard Ray Knight would be filling in for F.P. Santangelo on MASN for this weekend's Nats-Mets series; especially considering that F.P. had his own telestrator adventures the other night in San Francisco.

And so, to take the sting out of a tough 2-0 loss Saturday night in which Edwin Jackson pitched like an Ace, we present the above piece of Ray Knight Telestrator Art. We'll call this beauty "Jesus Leads". Ray drew this potentially controversial piece of minimalist telestrator art during the 5th inning with Jayson Werth at the plate, while complaining that Jesus Flores wasn't taking a big enough lead off second base.
