Up above, video of Davey Johnson on PTI's Five Good Minutes on Thursday, in which he came out and declared that the Nats are the best team in the NL:
Kornheiser:"You said in Spring Training that you should be fired if you don't make the playoffs. Are you standing by that now?"
Davey:"No doubt about it I'm standing by it. We've got the best team in our league, man. We've shown that."
Oops! Davey also revealed the magic number for Stephen Strasburg, stating that the "best thing" for Stras is to shut him down after 160 innings. Wonder how Mr. Mike "People don't know what the hell they're talking about" Rizzo feels about Davey revealing the magic number?
