And so, Stephen Strasburg has just two more starts to go before Shutdown Day. Strasburg's final start of 2012 will be Sept. 12:

Unfortunately for Strasburg, "the end" means September 12. Noted - simply reading the quote above doesn't do justice to the video of Strasburg addressing the issue with the media (via CSN Washington) on Sunday after he bounced back from a bad start last time out in Miami with a six inning gem against the Cardinals.
