Up above, video of Nationals fans streaming towards the Centerfield Gate exit during the 8th inning of the first playoff game in D.C. since 1933. The exodus began at the end of the 6th. Can't say we blame 'em for leaving early, but...hopefully folks stick around for the full nine today, win or lose.
I left after 6 innings. They had RISP in the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th and 6th, and still didn't score. Why stay if you're gonna be miserable?
