Truth be told, we were just looking for an excuse to use a "Hurricane Sandy Leon" headline.
And so, while you're sitting around waiting for Hurricane Sandy and the Frankenstorm, let's revisit Nats' catching prospect Sandy Leon's first Major League hit in July off R.A. Dickey. Of course, Leon's first knock came just two months after he was removed from his Major League debut in the fourth inning after a collision at the plate with Chase Headley of the Padres. Leon subsequently landed on the DL with a high ankle sprain.
