As expected, some details still need to be worked out at Nationals Park...like Dmitri Young's weight on the HD jumbotron*.
Nationals.com reported everything was right with the world at 7:43PM on pre-Opening Night night against the minor league squad from up the road.
But our "sources" are telling us a mixed story about fan experience on Metro...no word yet on Nats Express.
You'd probably be much better served checking back here, here, here and here, among the other ~500 Nats blogs, and the comments here (did Chief really take a leak in the 'pen?), for better more information...
Don't forget to get there early, and take Metro, tomorrow.
Oh, and don't forget to check back HERE tomorrow for our exclusive 2008 MLB/Nats season predictions. Hell, everyone else is doing it, so why shouldn't we?
(Photo provided by Nationals Enquirer correspondent ckstevenson. *Stan, if you're reading this, Da Meathook was listed at 220, not 120, which is still wrong but not nearly as bad as the headline of this post would suggest.)
The scoreboard had it right: Da meat Hook weighs 220 lbs -- I weighed him myself this afternoon. Stop spreading lies.
