And so, the Nationals part ways with perhaps the most useless player to ever don a Curly W cap. Well, besides Austin Kearns.
Remember that one time, when Matt Stairs actually did something and then got a bucket of bubble gum dumped on his head, followed by a shaving cream pie? That was awesome.

Well, at least with Stairs it was just three months instead of three years. And Stairs never broke our first baseman's femur.
