When we last checked in with Jayson Werth this offseason, he was spotted at the Apple Store at Ted Lerner's Mall at Tyson's Corner VA getting his broken iPad fixed in October, and at a Caps game in Caps gear in December.
In the photo above (posted by @LghtsOnLghtsOff on Twitter last week) Jayson Werth can be seen lifting weights, under caption "Jayson Werth loves him some #LightsOn", apparently during a visit to Lights On/Lights Off company headquarters in NY. From the company's Facebook page:
Now, we're not exactly what Lights On/Lights Off is -- according to its Twitter account, "L.O.L.O is an elite two-part nutraceutical system that enhances focus and performance during work/sport, and provides deep, undisturbed recovery at night" whatever that means -- or what Jayson Werth's relationship is to the company...but here's to hoping whatever it is helps Werth to not suck for the remaining six years of his contract with the Nats.
Here's Werth posing with some guy during his visit to "the sports lab" with caption "Jayson Werth comes by the Lab to get a taste of the #LightsOnLightsOff". Can't tell if lights are on or off in this one:

Hope they didn't get the recipe from BALCO.

Just figured out why Werth sucked so bad in 2011: he was taking LightsOff before games instead of LightsOn!
