"I'm OK, nothing wrong with me...About the third inning of the game I started losing all feeling in my left leg...just numb. Took a muscle relaxer at that time and a heavy dose of aspirin. About the 7th inning, it didn't let up...I just said I don't want to miss a step up, take a header like Gio or somebody."

There's the video above (via MLB.com) of Davey Johnson going into details about his leg going numb and his early exit from Wednesday's 98th Nats win of 2012. Best part of all was his dig at Gio's header back a week or so ago...and then Davey proceeded to go into a level of detail about the five x-rays he got from Nats doctors and discs and L5 S1 and nerves coming through eyelets of something.
Be well, Davey. Congrats and thank you.
Hopefully, Davey is O.K. After all, he is a zillion year old Jedi Master who taught Yoda the ways of the Force!
