Another day, yet another post about Bryce Harper baseball cards. Sorry.
So this 2013 Topps Heritage Bryce Harper in Senators throwback uni card pictured above is apparently rare. It was purchased on eBay by user merkle923 for $2,999.999 within the last couple of days.
Apparently "merkle923" is none other than noted baseball memorabilia collector Keith Olbermann, who also famously purchased a signed ball from Stephen Strasburg's debut at auction for $20,000. Guess Keith has been biding his time waiting for his return to ESPN by snapping up baseball cards on eBay?

Love. That. Uni.

It would be cool to know what other Nationals items Olbermann owns. Dmitri Young and Olbermann used to compete on rare Rookie card purchases.

He overpaid BIG TIME! These cards, yes they are rare, are now selling for $400-500 range.
