Take a moment to welcome Julie Alexandria, MASN's new sideline reporter for Nationals games. She'll fill the mostly useless role formerly held by Debbie Taylor and, last year, Gatorade magnet Kristina Akra. Above, a 2011 video of Alexandria interviewing Hulk Hogan about an Xbox game at E3 2011 in LA.
Welcome, Julie. Hope you like Gatorade.
She has some comedy experience, from the defunct show Wallstrip. She had a real combination of funny and truly cute in this one, which will be useful for this job. Nothing remotely condescending there- funny and cute certainly worked for Tina Fey, with all sorts of other depth. It takes acting skill to pull it off, and Ms Alexander has 7 or so years of experience building her persona.

Julie Alexandria, not Alexander. Sorry to be 'that guy.'

@1st in W.A.R.: Ugh! Thanks
For being 'that guy' -- it was a dumb error
our part, not sure how we messed that up!
