Cubs 2, Nationals 1: While you're sitting around trying to come to grips with Davey Johnson pulling Gio for a pinch hitter after 86 pitches, enjoy the video above of Kurt Suzuki's first career ejection in the 9th for arguing with fill-in umpire John Tumpane over his crappy strike zone; this after his freak throw in the 9th led to the go-ahead run.

Gio perfect through five, gets pulled in the seventh; Storen and Raffy can't hold 1-0 lead, Nats offense takes Mother's Day off.

Seems like only yesterday the Nats were rolling with a five-game winning streak; now two losses in a row to the Cubs.

Silver lining: Braves lost again.
