8:08 first pitch; Metro closes at midnight. Cue the shots of Nationals fans streaming for Navy Yard in the bottom of the 8th of a tie game...
Love the valiant efforts of TalkNats.com and the #NatsRide movement, but the fact that it's come to this in Washington BLEEPING D.C. defies logic.

Though, to be fair, why does the fame start so frigging late? If the game started at 7, there'd be no problem. 2 days ago, MLB was content to have it start at 5.
